Human Resources Accelerator Program (HRAP), a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This two-year program features four 6-month rotations across high-impact HR functional areas such as HR Business Partner, People Analytics, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Global Learning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience, build a broad HR foundation, and develop a global perspective on how HR drives business success. Position Responsibilities: - Rotate through four core HR functions, gaining exposure to strategic and operational aspects of human resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support initiatives that align with business goals and enhance employee experience.
- Contribute to projects in areas such as workforce planning, DEI strategy, talent development, compensation, and HR analytics.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Participate in coaching, training, and mentorship to support your growth and development throughout the program.
Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post-graduate HR certificate, with an expected graduation Spring 2027.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful change.
- Ability to influence through data and clear reasoning.
- A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary range is expected to be between$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD
