Full Job Description
Description

You'll run Grid Health's commercial engine day to day - pipeline, outbound, account research, and follow-through - working closely with company leadership. Grid Health gives health systems visibility and control over the AI they run in production: what they have, how it's performing, and whether they can defend it to a governance committee. Your job is turning conversations and relationships into a disciplined, growing pipeline of health-system deals.

What you'll own

  • The commercial pipeline, end to end. Stage, next step, owner, and timeline on every active opportunity, plus a clean weekly pipeline review.
  • Executive sales support. Research and a briefing before every health-system meeting, then fast follow-up, materials, and next steps after it, so nothing stalls.
  • Target accounts and account intelligence. Build and refine the account list, map the buying committee (CIO, CMIO, CAIO, CDO, CISO, compliance, procurement) for priority health systems, and find the warm path in.
  • GTM operations. CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, sales collateral, and proposal coordination - enough structure that our commercial motion scales without anything falling through.
  • New opportunities, sourced through outbound, our investor and advisor network, existing relationships, and our health-system governance community.
  • Market intelligence. Capture objections, buying triggers, and the language customers use, and feed it back to product and messaging.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years in healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, business development, sales, strategy, or consulting. Direct experience selling into health systems is a plus; it's not required.
  • Hand-on expiriance as SDR- MUST
  • A self-starter who is highly organized and comfortable managing dozens of accounts and follow-ups without dropping a detail.
  • Commercially curious - you want to know why a deal moves, what creates urgency, and why one stalls.
  • Clear writing and communication. You can brief an executive before a meeting and summarize a complicated one after it.
  • Good judgment. Enterprise health-system relationships reward persistence, not carelessness, and you know the difference.
  • Comfortable building process where none exists yet, and improving it as you go.

Nice to have

  • Experience with US health systems or healthcare SaaS.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives.
  • Strong research skills and outbound prospecting experience.

How we hire

Four steps: a short screen, an executive conversation, a paid or credited working session on a real problem from our roadmap, and a final round with the team you'd work with. We don't believe in take-homes that go nowhere - every exercise is a real conversation about real work.

The expected base salary for this role is $70K- 115K. This is a good-faith estimate, but does not include equity or other forms of compensation. Pay will be based on experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
