Role Roadmap

Creative is one of the most important levers in performance marketing. Our Growth team relies on a constant stream of fresh concepts, rapid iteration, and high-volume testing to efficiently acquire users. We believe the best creative organizations don't just make ads-they create systems that enable faster learning, better experimentation, and continuous improvement.

You'll own the production and optimization of static performance creative across channels including Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. This role is highly collaborative and sits directly alongside Growth and Performance Marketing, helping translate ideas, market events, and winning acquisition angles into compelling visual assets.

Success in this role means producing high volumes of quality creative, continuously improving performance through iteration, and helping Kalshi scale faster by increasing the speed at which we can test and learn.

What You'll Do
  • Design and produce high-performing static creative for paid acquisition campaigns across all major marketing channels
  • Create new ad concepts, visual formats, hooks, and testing angles to support growth initiatives
  • Launch a high volume of creative variations to increase testing velocity and accelerate learning
  • Analyze performance data and continuously iterate on existing creatives
  • Research competitor ad libraries and emerging trends to identify new creative opportunities
  • Partner closely with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to develop and execute creative testing roadmaps
  • Translate market events, cultural moments, and product updates into compelling acquisition-focused advertising assets
  • Build scalable creative systems, templates, and workflows that improve output and efficiency
  • Maintain a high bar for quality while operating at startup speed
What You Bring
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance graphic design, paid social creative, or direct-response marketing design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing static advertising creative
  • Deep understanding of social-first design and paid acquisition creative
  • Exceptional visual design skills and strong creative instincts
  • Ability to produce high-quality work at high volume

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure

Salary Range: $120,000 to $190,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
