Job DescriptionThis OpportunityWSP is currently initiating a search for a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Visualization Team based in Meridian, ID. This is an opportunity to be involved in professional services projects with our Power & Energy Team on a national level and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. We are an in-house visual communications creative team supporting future-focused projects that are shaping communities. Your Impact• Development of Graphic Design deliverables including:
• Print materials - i.e. Presentation displays, fact sheets, and simulation boards
• Digital materials - i.e. Presentation design, infographics, and document design
• Website design materials - i.e. Page layout design, UI elements, and mobile design
• Video production materials - i.e. Motion graphics, footage editing, and color grading
• Consultation, development and clarification of complex, controversial and difficult to describe projects
• Pursuit of professional development to stay current with visualization technology and development of new communication tools
• Experience self-managing tasks/projects and working within a scope, schedule, and budget.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications• 1-3 years of industry experience in graphic design and related professional services
• Associate or bachelor's degree in art, multimedia, graphic design, or related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
• Understanding of lighting, composition, color, and perspective
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Google Earth KMZ and tile manipulation
• Experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders to deliver quality solutions
• Experience with the design process and quality control critiques

Expected Salary (all locations): $60,900 - $100,400
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
