The opportunity
- Assist in technical and commercial due diligence reviews, construction and O&M monitoring across different sectors: transportation, energy, telecom, industrial facilities, water, etc.
- Analyze risks including cost, schedule, design, contracts, permitting Request and manage relevant project information and coordinate with team members
- Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and coordinate/manage relevant project inputs from other consultants
- Assistingwith proposals according to deadline
Is this role right for you?
- Completed a Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegree in Engineering, Construction Management,or similar with coursework in engineeringand/or applied math/sciences where relevant
- Demonstrate interest in the built environment generally and, ideally, in infrastructure (one or more sectors such as transportation,water,industry,energy, data centers,social infrastructure,etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office suiteparticularly, MS Excel
- Ability to prioritizemultipleprojectseffectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skillsrequiredfor our constantly evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
- Analytical mindset and/or strategic thinker
- Previousintern or work experiencepreferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese with English) preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking in professional settings preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques preferred
- Flexibility and out-of-the-box innovative thinking preferred
- Working understanding of project development process and project finance preferred
- Coursework in construction economics or construction management preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera 6, Excel financial modeling techniques, VBA
- Effective presentation skills for a variety of audiences preferred
- Out-of-the-box innovative thinking preferred
To be considered for a graduate opportunity, your application must include a copy of your cv/resume and meet the following criteria:
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role
- No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role
- Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts

New York Hiring Range - Hiring Range- The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performedin New York is $79,500 to $86,500 per year. This range iscommensuratewith experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
