As a Government Property Administrator, you will work with Property and Logistics functional management, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts personnel, and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The role is responsible for administering and maintaining elements of the Property Management System, including activities across multiple property lifecycle areas such as acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship, and contract closure.

What You Will Do
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating activities and participating in audit processes to meet company, contractual, and government requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and applicable contract standards.
• Maintain accurate property records and perform property transactions throughout the lifecycle, ensuring documentation meets all compliance requirements.
• Monitor property system performance, track metrics, and analyze property data to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders to evaluate current practices and assist in developing standardized processes, procedures, and measurement tools across the organization.
• Validate ownership, identification, maintenance actions, utilization, storage, and disposition of assets to maintain accountability and compliance with regulations and internal policy.
• Serve as Property Site Lead by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure government, contractor, and company property is managed according to applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness materials tailored for audiences such as program leadership, engineering, lab management, and other functional organizations.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Experience with either Government Property, Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with FAR Part 52 and Part 45, DFARS Part 252 and Part 245, with the ability to interpret contract clauses related to government and customer property.


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in developing and executing compliant property management processes, applying sound judgment aligned with contracts, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Experience in DoD environments and with DCMA or DCAA oversight, including understanding FAR/contractual language to support effective Root Cause and Corrective Action activities.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Special Program Access systems, cPDM, and PIEE (GFP Module, IUID registry, EDM module).
  • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
