Our Salt Lake City location is looking for a Government Property Administrator to join their team. In this position you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accountability, and operational excellence for Government and Customer-owned property across multiple facilities nationwide. If you're passionate about compliance, problem-solving, and making an impact, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of Government property, partner with cross-functional teams across the country, lead audits and inventories, and drive continuous improvement while helping ensure the highest standards of regulatory and contractual compliance.

To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree; Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in Government/Customer Property and/or Compliance
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Travel approximately 25% to support audits, inventories, compliance activities, and cross-site collaboration
  • The ability to work a hybrid schedule, supporting 3 days onsite.
  • Ability to support a 9/80 work schedule
  • Knowledge and experience with FAR Parts 45 and 52 and DFARS Part 245 is preferred
  • Proficiency with implementing and maintaining compliance systems
  • Experience with compliance audits
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that improve operations and compliance


As a Government Property Administrator, you will:
  • Maintain an approved Government Property Management System for applicable facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Government and Customer-owned property in accordance with FAR, DFARS, NASA FAR Supplements, company policies, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead and support Government and Customer audits by providing documentation, verifying asset identification and utilization, and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute annual physical inventories of Government and Customer-owned property, including reconciliation and reporting of results.
  • Oversee property disposition activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable property records that meet Government, Customer, contractual, FAR, DFARS, and NASA requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Program Management, Material Handling, and Operations, to support property management compliance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and subject matter expertise on Government property management processes and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with personnel across multiple facilities, including remote locations nationwide.
  • Follow established procedures while identifying process gaps and recommending continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize company and Government systems to track assets, monitor compliance, generate reports, and support property management activities.
  • Support special projects and additional property management initiatives as assigned.

Salary Range Transparency:
Salt Lake City, UT $75,000.00-$95,000.00 Hourly
