Full Job Description
As the Google Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind one of Jellyfish's most strategic relationships. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, media, and tech, you'll translate Jellyfish's technical wins into compelling stories, campaigns, and experiences that resonate directly with Google teams and our shared clients.

Your goal is to build strong visibility for our partnership, create multi-channel momentum, and position Jellyfish as Google's premier go-to partner for digital transformation. If you thrive on building relationships, storytelling through performance, and managing high-impact marketing initiatives, this role offers a platform to perform and shape our global growth trajectory.

What You Will Do
  • Build Impactful Co-Marketing & Content: Develop polished case studies, thought leadership, and sales collateral that highlight real-world client successes, ROI, and full-stack transformations across the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
  • Lead Strategic Communications: Own multi-channel updates - including newsletters and communications templates - designed to keep Google, account teams, and clients up to date on milestones, product innovations, and joint wins.
  • Drive Partner Visibility & Programs: Oversee marketing strategies for Google-funded programs, ensuring clear visibility into performance and reinforcing Jellyfish's position as a preferred partner for fund allocations.
  • Execute High-Touch Events: Plan and deliver engaging field marketing activations-from executive roundtables to educational team sessions - that bring clients, Jellyfish experts, and Google teams together.
  • Enable Internal Alignment: Keep Jellyfish leadership and cross-functional teams aligned on partnership progress, pipeline impact, and hero wins.
  • Manage Partner Presence & Brand Alignment: Maintain Jellyfish's profile on the Google Marketing Platform Partners portal and partner with Google's internal marketing teams to secure joint feature opportunities in blogs, LinkedIn spotlights, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally within a digital agency, SaaS, or tech-focused environment.
  • Ecosystem Familiarity: Working knowledge or familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem (e.g., SA360, DV360, CM360, GA4).
  • Storytelling & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technology concepts into clear, engaging business narratives.
  • Relationship Builder: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal leadership, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Impact-Oriented: Basic understanding of marketing attribution and how partner marketing initiatives contribute to pipeline growth and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Project Owner: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables from concept through execution in a collaborative environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
