About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Golang, React/TypeScript, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes to join a high-impact team delivering modern healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance services and user interfaces that improve patient care and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Golang.

Build responsive, scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.

Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines and integrations using Kafka.

Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases.

Containerize and orchestrate services using Kubernetes for seamless deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Ensure application security, compliance, and performance standards are met in a healthcare environment.

Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in backend development.

Strong front-end development skills using React and TypeScript.

Experience working with Kafka for event streaming and asynchronous processing.

Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment.

Proficient in PostgreSQL with strong database modeling and query optimization skills.

Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

Experience working in agile teams using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
