Through research, synthesizing diverse data sources and partnering with cross-functional teams, you turn insights into actionable recommendations, inform brand strategy, initiatives and innovation pipelines.
Your work ensures insight perspectives are embedded in consumer and expert journey, guiding decision-making, inspiring impactful marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to create learning for Wellness Insight and Expert, identifying growth opportunities in:
Consumer Growth: Explore and identify consumer growth opportunities (eg: Health needs landscape, growth potential in different Target, Format segments etc)
Expert Opportunity: Connect consumer insight to expert insight to help better drive Wellness growth.
Design, commission, and manage primary and secondary market research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and business relevance
Manage budget to ensure maximum efficiency of spend
Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives
Serve as a strategic business partner to the Wellness Teams, educating teams on future demand and fostering a forwardlooking, growthoriented mindset
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5+ years experience in global FMCG and/or Wellness insights and analytics roles, with demonstrated impact on brand strategy, creative development, and innovation
Strong experience delivering foundational consumer learning, supporting brand communication and innovation.
Experience is Expert related insight is a plus.
Hands-on expertise with consumer testing methodologies, and insight generation tools
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations with measurable impact, with strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highly matrixed global organization, managing multiple priorities with rigor and quality
Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills for cross team collaboration and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and influence, diverse teams acrossdifferent functionsand markets, fostering a shared understanding of future opportunities
Experience in leading projects and/or managing external agency relationships
*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
The salary range for this role is $121,952 - $ 167,684 USD annually + bonus
