Job DescriptionPosition Title: Global Transformation & Systems Manager, DE&CLocation: Ashburn, Dallas, or BostonYour role You will play a key role in driving digital tooling adoption, optimizing business processes, and improving workflow efficiency across Design, Engineering and Construction. This role partners across regions and functions to align systems, processes, and data with commercial objectives and project delivery timelines. You will lead automation, standardization, and transformation efforts, ensuring consistent tooling, improved decision-making, and measurable operational improvements globally.
What you'll do- Own and manage the technology stack, including adoption, deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across reporting, scheduling, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Act as the central point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on tooling use, support, and best practices
- Lead implementation and rollout of digital tools, incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement and user adoption
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors and stakeholders to align platform performance with business objectives
- Analyze and optimize workflows, partnering with teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and project outcomes
- Establish KPIs, governance processes, and data management standards, ensuring global compliance and audit readiness
- Develop and deliver centralized reporting, dashboards, and insights to support real-time, data-driven decision making
- Facilitate cross-functional planning, workshops, and collaboration to strengthen alignment in project execution
- Lead change management initiatives, including training, communications, and adoption tracking, to ensure successful transformation and sustained utilization
What you'll need- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in construction project management, digital transformation, and operational optimization
- Proven expertise in automation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, governance, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in multi-country, multicultural environments with global stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of project delivery fundamentals including scheduling, risk management, and large-scale development execution
- Technical understanding of construction systems, including CSA, mechanical, electrical, ICT, commissioning, and IST
- Familiarity with owner-operator development processes, including gating and change control frameworks
- Advanced digital proficiency, including experience with construction platforms (e.g., Procore or similar tools)
- Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives, including training and stakeholder engagement

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range $160,000 - $180,000. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)- 7-10 years of progressive management experience in design and construction, ideally with data centers or similar environments- Experience managing multi-country projects and delivering large developments- Proven expertise in construction project management, including digital tools, risk management, automation, and operational optimization- Familiarity with schedule governance, collaborative planning, and workflow optimization- Experience in continuous process improvement and managing KPIs/metrics- Strong understanding of change/gating processes in owner-operator development organizations
