About the RoleAs a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will lead a dedicated transaction management team supporting a complex, global occupier client. This is a high-visibility leadership position on a strategically important global account - a leadership role, not simply a delivery role. You will own the health of the account's transaction function across multiple regions, shape how the team operates, and serve as a trusted advisor to both client executives and CBRE leadership.
You will balance three mandates simultaneously: delivering flawless transaction execution, building and developing a high-performing team, and helping design the future-state operating model as the account scales and evolves. This hybrid position will be based in San Francisco or Chicago.
