Responsibilities: - US Import/Export documentation, broker instructions, export filing and entry compliance
- US Customs broker relationship building to facilitate tactical, daily imports
- KPI management including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Working with destination sites and origin partners on CTPAT qualifications and processes
- Working with AES Direct, Livingston's Tradesphere, and other Trade Management Systems, to allow for a seamless EEI filing and/or customs clearance without additional delays and costs to the CAH organization
- Document and communicate Import and export related job aids and requirements
- Support critical projects and other teams within the CAH organization
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience with filing US Import and Export declarations, NRC and DEA regulated exports, imports of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, and shipments of radioactive hazardous material
- Strong organizational skills, enabling successful balancing of multiple priorities at one time
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent communication skills in English, other languages a bonus
- Experience writing standard operating procedures
- Experience implementing C-TPAT programs at a destination site level
