JOB DESCRIPTION

AsanAnalyst on the Global Technology Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in defining and deconstructing problems for the organization. This role will apply knowledge of best practices to define and shape overall strategy, AI deployment, governance, organization structure/staffing, architecture and processes for Global Technology. Job Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives/projects to resolve complex, cross-cuttingand executive-level problems faced by the GT organization
  • Structureambiguous, open-endedproblemsinto clear questions and hypothesesfor the Global Technology organization
  • Conductquantitative and qualitativeanalysis ofmarket, competitive, and technologytrendsto inform thefirmsstrategic positioning.
  • Provide recommendations to aligntechnologywithbusiness goals and risktolerancetodevelopstrategic decisions.
  • Partnerwithtechnologyand businessstakeholderstodetermineifrecommendations are technically grounded andfeasible.
  • Turn analysis into a clear, persuasive narrativethatprovides the audiencewith the so what instead of justthe data.
  • Build executive grade deliverables that resonate with both technical and non-technical senior audiences.
  • Working knowledge of AI and agentic systems in a regulated environment
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on AI and agentic systems, including their governance, risk, andoperating-model implications in a regulated environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years ofdiverseproblem solvingexperience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across technology sectors
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate with confidence and clarity, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledgeableof enterprise technologies, trends and handson experienceleveragingvariousAI tools
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executives
  • Passion for and understanding of great user experiences
  • strong skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
