Global Technology Operations Manager - Talent Acquisition

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Talent Acquisition at Aon. As we continue to modernise our recruiting capabilities, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about leveraging technology, data, process excellence, compliance and AI-driven innovation to transform how we attract and hire talent globally. This role will play a critical part in creating a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters while ensuring our technology ecosystem remains scalable, compliant, and fit for the future.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Technology, Legal, Compliance and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of recruiting operations through the effective use of technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.

What the Day Will Look Like
  • Manage and optimise Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including ATS, CRM and related recruitment tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruiting processes, increase efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation and governance of emerging TA technologies, including AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
  • Establish strong governance and operational controls across recruiting systems, processes and data.
  • Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security and ethical standards.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, technology adoption and process performance.
  • Lead change management activities, including communications, training and adoption strategies for new tools and processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition leaders on technology, compliance, process optimisation and innovation.

Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology, Recruiting Systems or related functions.
  • Expertise managing and optimising enterprise recruiting technologies, including ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with experience simplifying complex workflows and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving technology, data, process design and organisational change.
  • Understanding of recruiting-related compliance, data privacy and governance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision making.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled recruiting technologies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation is preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
