Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Global Strategic Accounts Leader will report to SVP Commercial Development and will lead 3 to 4 major accounts globally that is empowered and accountable for building the strategy and GTM to advance sales, partnerships, relationships, and long-term growth opportunities. This leader would also have a strong working relationship with the global Directors of Sales for EMEA and or USA, close to other global leaders.

The ideal candidate will have an executive presence and be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will need to be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Drive the highest-level customer service and elevated experience "White Glove Service."

  • Develop trusted relationships, acquire thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between strategic customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales opportunities that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Have and expand your High-Level Network (HLN)


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years in BioPharma/Life Sciences Sales or similar
  • Negotiations and or Executive-related skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of BioPharma and Life Sciences industries
  • Skilled in complex deal creation
  • Financial Acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener and presenter
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Self-motivated and self-directed


Physical Requirements:

  • Located near a cluster of major customer(s) HQ or decision-making site
  • Overnight & global travel ~ 30%
  • Comfort with internal & external C Suite interactions
  • Appropriately presentable as an Executive

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $160,000 - $230,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
