This position has primary responsibility for global and domestic sourcing as required by the business. The position develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers in the Aligned Member Purchasing (AMP) program. This position also develops and maintains strong relationships with specified Members and becomes the "go to" for sourcing for those Members. This position will also work collaboratively help build programs that fit specified Corporate Accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Primary - global and domestic sourcing
- Take inquiries (Member, Corporate Account, Internal) and source required product(s) related to the inquiry
- Maintain extensive list of potential suppliers in core categories and build list of specialty suppliers in non-core categories
- Vette potential suppliers
- Primary - supplier relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers that will become consistent suppliers used by NetSource
- Develop clear understanding of supplier capabilities and leverage those capabilities to add value for Members
- Maintain appropriate relationships with periodic suppliers
- Primary - sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with specified Members to become their go to for sourcing needs
- Schedule regular engagement with specified Members to review opportunity status and uncover new opportunities
- Maintain regular cadence with Members to update them on appropriate initiatives and orders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Accounts and Merchants so they confidently bring opportunities
- Maintain "sales funnel"
- Primary - assist in management of global orders
- Primary liaison between suppliers and internal team for supplier set up, order negotiation, order set-up
- Responsible for all pricing of global orders, including figuring tariffs and duties, freight, etc
- Decision point for FOB or DDP
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Work History Requirements
- 3+ years experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics within industry or related industry.
- Global work experience preferred
- Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred, or 5+ years relevant work experience
WHO YOU ARE:- May be required to travel from time to time to visit suppliers and or participate in or attend appropriate trade showsPhysical demands - must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pound box 100 yards
- Work environment - normal office working conditions

The Anticipated Salary Range for this position:
$80,000 - $115,000
Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
