Global Sea Logistics ISC Product Expert How you create impact You will be part of our global International Supply Chain (ISC) team within the Sea Logistics Business Unit, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through Kuehne + Nagel's Order Management and Sea Transportation Management products. Your primary objective is to drive the growth, development and commercialization of ISC product and services, with a strong focus on Infor Nexus as a strategic platform. The role directly contributes to strengthening Kuehne + Nagel's market-leading offering and generating additional revenue through integrated freight forwarding and logistics services. You will work closely with national ISC stakeholders including commercial, business development, operations, sea logistics systems & processes, IT and global ISC teams. The role covers both ISC products, Order Management and Sea Transport Management. 3 Collaborate on the development and continuous refinement of the ISC service catalogue 3 Own the global Infor Nexus product strategy and roadmap, aligned with ISC priorities and customer needs 3 Engage with Infor Nexus product and management teams to stay aligned on roadmap and future capabilities to bring direct insights and innovation opportunities into ISC product strategy 3 Establish feedback loops based on product usage and customer insights to drive continuous improvement 3 Act as central subject matter expert and key interface between ISC Product, Solution Design, Performance, Business Development, Commercial, operational teams and IT 3 Drive internal communication and promotion of Infor Nexus capabilities across all teams 3 Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and ISC product strategy 3 Support Business Development and Solution Design teams for opportunity qualification and risk assessment 3 Identify gaps between platform capability and operational execution, and drive resolution 3 Develop training materials and enablement content for global stakeholders 3 Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of the Nexus platform within ISC 3 Support customer migration strategies and execution What we would like you to bring 3 5+ years of experience in business development, solution design implementation or product management in sea logistics. 3 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 3 Proven project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and successfully deliver multiple projects within established deadlines. 3 Experience conducting market research and generating customer insights to support business decisions and solution development. 3 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach. 3 Hands-on experience in logistics operations is preferred. 3 Strong interest in and understanding of digital supply chain solutions and platform-based service offerings. 3 Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, including finance, compliance, inventory management, and shipment consolidation. 3 Technical understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, EDI/API integrations, customer ERP systems, and AI/ML technologies. 3 Experience working directly with customers in solution design, implementation, or consulting engagements. 3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams. 3 Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
