This role is in support of Cencora's global pharma consulting services marketed through our PharmaLex business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages multi-segment growth and in-market execution plans that balance retention, organic expansion, and new customer acquisition priorities.

  • Secures complex renewals and new agreements by structuring negotiation approaches, approval pathways, and closure discipline.

  • Constructs strategic account governance that deepens executive relationships, strengthens renewal readiness, and expands portfolio adoption across accounts.

  • Calibrates forecasting and pipeline integrity through standardized qualification criteria, inspection cadences, and performance analytics.

  • Evaluates market, competitor, and customer signals to refine positioning, investment focus, and territory priorities, and communicates direction through written plans and executive updates.

  • Resolves escalations by diagnosing root causes, mobilizing cross-functional actions, and embedding prevention mechanisms that protect continuity of service and partnership health.

  • Elevates sales capability through talent assessment, peer-to-peer enablement, coaching rhythms, performance actions, succession continuity planning, and interim coverage for critical account gaps.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • Master's degree in business administration, commerce, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 12+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or a related field required.

$110,500 - 220,990

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
