As a Global Real Estate Transactions and Lease Administration Senior Manager at Capital Group, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing our global real estate strategy. You will lead real estate transactions and lease administration activities across our global portfolio. You'll partner with business leaders to align real estate strategies with evolving business needs, negotiate and execute complex transactions, oversee lease governance and compliance, and provide financial analysis that supports sound portfolio decisions. You'll also manage brokerage and vendor relationships, drive operational excellence through data and reporting, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional real estate outcomes.

• You are an experienced global corporate real estate professional with a track record of managing complex transactions and lease portfolios.
• You possess strong expertise in commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
• You demonstrate the ability to evaluate financial, operational, and strategic considerations and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• You possess experience building financial analyses, business cases, budgets, and forecasts that support executive decision-making.
• You demonstrate strong knowledge of lease administration, compliance controls, critical date management, and audit practices.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
