Full Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Mission

Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Offer Manager to drive growth in our power protection portfolio supporting IT and digital infrastructure. This role focuses on high-growth segments such as Edge Computing, Tethered Cloud, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative offers, from concept through launch and market success.

What Will You Do?
  • Own the global performance of your portfolio (revenue, profitability, market share, quality, and customer satisfaction)
  • Identify market trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities to shape the product roadmap
  • Gather and translate customer insights into product requirements and business cases aligned with strategy
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to develop and launch new offers
  • Define compelling value propositions and develop sales enablement tools and offer playbooks
  • Drive successful product launches and monitor performance against defined objectives
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization and discontinuation planning
  • Conduct competitive analysis and ensure effective pricing and market positioning
  • Integrate digital and AI-enabled capabilities into product offerings
  • Support demand planning and collaborate with supply chain on inventory and delivery
  • Represent the portfolio at customer engagements, events, and executive presentations
