Responsibilities may include market data capture and visualization, spreadsheet or dashboard development, trade idea generation, portfolio or client research, and collaboration with Sales, Trading, Strategy, and Research. Shadow senior professionals to deepen product and market knowledge.
  • Development & Training:
Participate in structured training on market products, trading concepts, analytics, and client engagement. Build technical skills (Excel, data analysis, modeling) and soft skills (communication, problem‑solving) to prepare for permanent placement opportunities after each rotation.
  • Strategic & Analytical Projects:
Contribute to projects that improve business efficiency, enhance reporting or analytics, or support technology and process improvements. Apply quantitative skills to develop insights, solve problems, and support strategic initiatives across Global Markets.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills (e.g., probability, statistical inference); ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical journals, and legal documents to better serve client needs.
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork skills; ability to build effective relationships and ensure alignment across internal/external stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Research, Marketing, Operations, Compliance).
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting; openness to learning required systems and models.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and willingness to rotate across business groups; ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Licensing: Commitment to obtaining SIE, Series 7 and 63 within the first six months.
