The Global Marketing Manager will serve as a player/coach, directly contributing to strategic marketing initiatives while leading a small marketing team. • Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to sharpen segmentation, insight generation, and decision-making

Campaigns, Content & Brand Execution
  • Lead campaigns, content, and communications across web, email, collateral, and events
  • Manage trade shows, ABM programs, and sales enablement
  • Maintain consistent global brand positioning; leverage AI to accelerate content creation and personalization without sacrificing technical accuracy

Marketing Operations & Performance
  • Own marketing systems and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics)
  • Track KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution
  • Manage budget, vendors, and external partners; drive adoption of modern marketing technology and AI-enabled workflows

Demand Gen & Digital Marketing
  • Own the demand generation engine - campaigns, webinars, trade shows, digital advertising, lead capture
  • Drive performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot workflows) with continuous ROI optimization
  • Improve funnel performance through SEO/GEO/AEO, website optimization, and data-driven experimentation

What a successful candidate brings to the table:
  • Strong commercial mindset-links marketing directly to revenue impact
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • AI-forward mindset to improve marketing productivity, analytics, and engagement
  • Comfortable with technical products and industrial B2B environments
  • Proven ability to drive demand generation and digital transformation
