Full Job Description

Shape the future of manufacturing finance. In this highly visible role within TechOps Finance, you will advance controlling processes, systems and standards across a global manufacturing organization. You will strengthen transparency and help transform financial decision-making through simplification, standardization and automation.

Your responsibilities
  • Drive the continuous improvement of financial reporting and forecasting processes across global manufacturing operations. 

  • Perform complex operational and financial analyses, including resource allocation, productivity assessments and business case evaluations. 

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. 

  • Lead and support transformation initiatives that improve data quality, transparency and decision speed. 

  • Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to the effective reinvestment of resources in key business priorities. 

  • Develop and enhance standard costing methodologies, leverage models, FTE tracking and risk management approaches. 

  • Support manufacturing footprint strategies, sustainability initiatives, benchmarking activities and long-term strategic planning. 

  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in advancing finance excellence across manufacturing operations.

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. 

  • More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally including a Site Controlling Head or comparable leadership role. 

  • Strong expertise in product costing, manufacturing value chains and variance analysis. 

  • Proven experience in managing global projects within multinational and matrix organizations. 

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage. 

  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while building trusted relationships. 

  • Fluent English language skills.
