Global Leader - Corporate FP&A
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of our finance department. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that will streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, and senior leadership team, offering insights that drive strategic decision-making, and long-term value creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategy with business goals, identifying opportunities for growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Navigate and influence within a matrixed organization across multiple business units, regions, and functional areas.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
• Own the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts in coordination with executive leadership and business units.
• Develop advanced scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting tools to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure financial plans reflect macroeconomic trends, operational realities, and corporate priorities
Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and board reporting packages with actionable KPIs and insights.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and deliver commentary that highlights business drivers and emerging trends.
• Influence business leaders by turning insights into recommendations and performance improvement actions.
Business Partnering
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support strategic initiatives, pricing, resource planning, and investment prioritization.
• Embed finance into cross-functional teams to improve decision-making and accountability at all levels.
• Facilitate strong financial stewardship across the organization.
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Mentor team members in both technical and strategic skill development.
• Build a finance organization that can scale with business growth and increasing complexity.
Finance Transformation & Change Leadership
• Spearhead the transformation of FP&A capabilities through automation, integrated planning tools, and data analytics.
• Optimize FP&A processes to support scale, speed, and strategic agility.
• Introduce forward-looking models and predictive analytics to replace legacy reporting systems

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
145,350 to 215,000 USD
