Full Job Description

Are you excited to lead a high-performing organization at the intersection of content, technology, and customer value?

Can you transform global editorial operations while advancing the future of AI-enabled legal workflows?

About the Role

The Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations sets the global strategy for how LexisNexis' secondary content portfolio is developed, maintained, and activated as a competitive asset, accountable for its authority, currency, structure, and demonstrated value in customer workflows and AI-generated answers, and for the operating model that sustains it.

Secondary content is a key differentiator in the legal market, offering expert analysis, commentary, and guidance that becomes the basis on which customers judge whether an answer can be trusted and acted on. This role is accountable for making that differentiation real and measurable in the products customers use.

You will be accountable for galvanizing a global team under a common growth and operating north star, and ultimately drive improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and answer-set quality in Protégé.

The role will set the vision and operating model for GenAI-enabled Analytical content, including the Agentic Content Platform (ACP) and GenAI-augmented content updating. The incumbent will ensure these capabilities are adopted responsibly and at scale to keep content current, structured, trusted, and increasingly valuable in customer workflows.

You will also play an integral role in driving employee engagement and enabling high performance across the organization. The incumbent innovates to globalize tools, systems, and processes; sets organizational priorities; drives automation; and is responsible for implementing global policies, metrics, and strategies across Analytical Editorial Operations.

Incumbent has full responsibility for management of Editorial and Operations teams aligned with Analytical (secondary) content, with emphasis on operational efficiency, high quality editorial judgment, and promotion of organizational values and culture.

The incumbent will partner with Segments, Product, Technology, and relevant commercial stakeholders to create new global Analytical content opportunities; improve the quality, relevance, and completeness of answer sets in Protégé, and ensure delivery of the enhancements, product features, and functions each market requires.

Role may be based anywhere in Asia and Pacific (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, New Zealand,) North America (US and Canada), or the UK.

The Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Editorial Operations.

  • Lead the global adoption and scaling of GenAI-enabled Analytical content capabilities, including the Agentic Content Platform, ACE, and GenAI-augmented content updating

  • Transform Analytical content workflows to improve content currency, structure, discoverability, and operational efficiency while maintaining rigorous editorial quality and customer trust

  • Prioritize content and workflow investments that improve the quality, relevance, completeness, and trustworthiness of answer sets in Protégé

  • Own author and expert relationships for the Analytical portfolio, including recruitment and retention in partnership with Commercial, and the editorial standards that sustain external authority

  • Establish global standards, governance, performance measures, and appropriate human-in-the-loop controls for GenAI-enabled editorial workflows, including quality assurance, content risk management, and escalation mechanisms

  • Use customer feedback, editorial outcomes, usage data, and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement in content quality, customer experience, and operating performance

  • Set and execute the global strategy and operating roadmap for GenAI-enabled Analytical content, including the Agentic Content Platform, ACE, and GenAI-augmented content updating
