Full Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Change Management Professional in Global Financial Crimes to lead financial crimes risk assessments and support the execution and oversight of new product initiatives, partnering across stakeholders to ensure risks are appropriately identified, assessed, and addressed.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the GFC Change Management team, supporting the New Product Approval (NPA) function, which is responsible for assessing and mitigating financial crimes risks associated with new product proposals and business initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Lead execution of financial crimes risk assessments for new product proposals, ensuring alignment with Firm policy and regulatory expectations. Serve as a key point of contact for GFC within the NPA lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams to document and communicate control requirements. Support implementation of controls into systems and processes.

  • Lead cross-functional working sessions and coordinate with stakeholders to assess control feasibility and implementation readiness.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or AML certification (e.g., ACAMS) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, AML, risk management, product governance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, KYC/EDD, anti-corruption, and anti-tax evasion frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead product development, business expansion, governance, or risk-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrates ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying control gaps and driving process improvements; Agile and/or PMP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and global teams.
  • ACAMS or equivalent AML certification required within 15 months of hire


Please note that the location listed for this role is temporary. The position's work location will transition to 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.

Maryland salary range for the position: $70,000 - $125,000 Year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
