I can succeed as a Senior Manager - Enterprise Planning & Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics.As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Planning & Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics, you will lead the delivery and continued maturity of Global Finance's planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, platform enablement, and Finance data product capabilities through the Global Finance Hub. You will play an instrumental role in standing up a new capability center and drive the vision and culture of excellence. You will lead a high performing team to help translate Finance strategy into scalable, standardized, customer-centric solutions that improve decision-making, strengthen performance management, and deliver measurable business value across Capital Group.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day delivery and maturity of enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, platform enablement, and Finance data product capabilities.
- Shape and execute capability roadmaps that translate Finance leadership priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on business value, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Advance driver-based and integrated enterprise planning through scalable delivery, process optimization, and adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and related platforms.
- Oversee Finance data products so teams have trusted, reusable, business-ready data that supports reporting, analytics, AI, machine learning, and enterprise decision-making.
- Partner across Finance, Technology, Data, and Transformation teams to align business needs, customer feedback, governance, architecture, adoption, and delivery priorities.
- Champion AI, automation, advanced analytics, modernization, and scalable ways of working to improve Finance capabilities and simplify legacy processes.
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, outcomes, and business impact clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.

- You bring experience applying product management, product ownership, or capability management practices, including roadmap development, prioritization, and value realization.
- You are customer-centric and focused on adoption, user experience, continuous improvement, standardization, and scalable delivery.
- You bring knowledge of enterprise planning, analytics, reporting, and data platforms, including SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Databricks, or equivalent modern data technologies.
- You are an effective communicator with strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead through influence and ambiguity.
- You bring curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to champion AI, automation, analytics, and modern ways of working responsibly.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $185,107-$314,682
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
