Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in financial program management, corporate finance, budgeting, or business operations.
  • Experience managing operational or capital expenditures (OpEx/CapEx) within a global organization.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative or financial field.
  • Experience in data center operations, physical infrastructure, logistics, or engineering-heavy industries.
  • Track record of standardizing complex financial processes or driving tool adoption across highly matrixed, global teams.
  • Strong capabilities in data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Outstanding communication and narrative-building skills, with experience presenting complex financial strategies to executives.

As the Global Finance Program Manager for Data Center Operations (DCOps), you will lead the financial framework, budgeting strategy, and operational process standardization for our global fleet of data centers. This role sits at the critical intersection of technical operations, physical plant engineering, and corporate finance.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for how multi-million dollar budgets are planned, tracked, and evaluated across our global footprint. You will navigate high levels of ambiguity, establish robust financial governance, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence leadership decision-making. You will partner with teams ranging from fleet health and maintenance scheduling to third-party data centers and spares management to build a unified, operationally efficient, and fiscally disciplined organization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and scale standardized budgeting SOPs, KPIs, and governance policies to drive unified fiscal discipline across all global operations.
  • Act as the strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to Operations leadership, Central Finance, and Technical Infrastructure teams.
  • Partner with BI and Data Engineering to build automated real-time tracking dashboards, eliminating manual inefficiencies and streamlining the budgeting lifecycle.
  • Build consensus among regional leads and engineering partners to adopt unified spend controls and financial practices.
  • Synthesize complex operational and financial data into clear, strategic narratives and status reports for VP and Director-level leadership.
