- Experience in data center operations, physical infrastructure, logistics, or engineering-heavy industries.
- Track record of standardizing complex financial processes or driving tool adoption across highly matrixed, global teams.
- Strong capabilities in data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Outstanding communication and narrative-building skills, with experience presenting complex financial strategies to executives.

Responsibilities - Design and scale standardized budgeting SOPs, KPIs, and governance policies to drive unified fiscal discipline across all global operations.
- Act as the strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to Operations leadership, Central Finance, and Technical Infrastructure teams.
- Partner with BI and Data Engineering to build automated real-time tracking dashboards, eliminating manual inefficiencies and streamlining the budgeting lifecycle.
- Build consensus among regional leads and engineering partners to adopt unified spend controls and financial practices.
- Synthesize complex operational and financial data into clear, strategic narratives and status reports for VP and Director-level leadership.
