Position Summary

FLSis seeking a highly skilled and professional GlobalServiceManager(Specialist)toleadglobal field servicesoperations,including installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of separation equipment such as thickeners, flotation cells, clarifiers, cyclones, and pumps.

The Global ServiceManagerserves asFLS27sleaderand is responsible for deliveringhigh-qualitytechnical service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring safe and efficient project execution. This position requiressomeinternational travel and the ability to work independently under demanding conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global field service operations for gold processing and separation equipment.

  • Ensure safe, efficient installation, commissioning, and optimization of downstream equipment.

  • Provide technical leadership and support to global teams and clients.

  • Drive customer satisfaction, project execution, and operational excellence in gold processingand separation.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations

  • Ability to conduct, develop, and supportinspections, testing, calibration, and verification of mechanical andcontrol-relatedsystems.

  • Coordinate onsite project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Prepare accurate and professional documentation, including installation records, commissioning reports, and service summaries.

  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Familiarity with industry standards

  • Experience with thickeners, flotation cells, clarifiers, cyclones, pumps, and other downstream equipment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead multicultural teams and manage stakeholders

  • Strong analytical anddecision-making abilities under pressure.

  • Passport andability to travel internationally (up to10%)

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations

  • Strong mechanical background withhands-onexperience in Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of industrial process equipment.

  • Experience with thickeners, flotation cells, clarifiers, cyclones, pumps, reactors, or similar industrial equipment.

  • Experience in commissioning or startup of industrial process systems.

  • Background in mining, minerals processing, water treatment, or heavy industrial environments.

  • English fluency required.multilingual capabilities or experience working in multicultural settings.

  • Ability to meet all medical and physical fitness requirements necessary to obtain work authorization for highaltitude job sites.
