Position DescriptionAs the Global Facilities & Real Estate Manager, you will be an integral part of developing new facility guidelines and standards, managing the global lease data base, and tracking facility upgrades and projects. In addition, you will have responsibilities for managing and maintaining leases for our global sites
Key Responsibilities- Develop trusted advisor relationships with local facilities leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement to the global manufacturing sites by partnering with the local facilities leaders to manage the required tasks specified by our insurance provider and Modine management.
- Assist with sustainability activities. Approve design, collaborate and support local team with infrastructure and installation planning.
- Assist sites to coordinate design of office/lab space and general "look and feel" of Modine.
- Develop utility usage and cost data base for global sites.
- Assist with global lease responsibilities - lease acquisitions, renewals, extension, tracking property data base system.
- Assist with new site selections and overall global real estate strategy
Required Education & QualificationsPosition Qualifications: - Prior experience working in a facilities management role and knowledge of facility leases required. Outstanding project management, multi-tasking skills and customer service skills. Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office, and willing to learn other managment software. They will also need to have great collaboration and communication skills and have good experience working independently.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $150,000-$165,000. The specific offer will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
