Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Drive the strategic execution and logistical delivery of high-impact global tradeshows and brand experiences that elevate the Everpure corporate identity and accelerate international pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Events, you will act as a principal project owner for major event life cycles, transforming complex product launches and industry events into immersive, world-class experiences. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and key external vendor networks, your mission is to deliver flawless operational execution that maximizes audience engagement and maximizes event ROI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Architect the comprehensive operational roadmap, timeline, and master execution strategy for 7-10 major global trade shows and flagship product launches annually, scaling up to $1M in budget responsibility, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with commercial objectives and rigorous corporate standards.
  • Cross-Functional Workstream Synergy: Direct and lead regular international planning workstreams with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Creative teams across multiple time zones to translate technical product messaging into physical experiential designs, ensuring seamless organizational alignment before and during the event.
  • Strategic Ecosystem & Vendor Management: Procure, negotiate contracts with, and orchestrate complex global third-party networks-including exhibit houses, labor unions, A/V production providers, and freight forwarders-to secure cost-effective, high-quality, and structurally compliant delivery of corporate assets worldwide.
  • On-Site Operational Governance: Command all on-site physical activations, serving as the primary point of escalation to supervise booth installations, direct structural execution, manage real-time staffing logistics, and conduct troubleshooting to safeguard attendee safety and experience.
  • Fiscal Stewardship & Performance Analytics: Oversee multi-variable event budgets, develop master staff schedules, author unified event survival guides, track expenditures against critical financial milestones, and execute post-event reconciliations to measure and improve operational efficiencies and ROI.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Corporate Event Production Expertise: Strong background in planning and driving large-scale, high-budget corporate tradeshows and multi-city experiential events on a global scale.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic capabilities to seamlessly collaborate with, influence, and align global cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Advanced Project Architecture: Demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex logistical operations, concurrent execution timelines, and volatile structural resource requirements under strict deadlines.
  • Technical Ecosystem Fluency: Competency utilizing event management platforms and cross-functional collaborative tools (such as Cvent, Asana, Slack, Zoom, and mobile event applications) to drive production timelines and organize decentralized project workforces.
  • Operational Flexibility: Capacity and flexibility to travel internationally up to 35%, adapt schedule commitments as dictated by the event life cycle (including weekends), and fulfill the physical positioning and structural coordination needs required during interactive booth build-outs.
  • Office Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
