Full Job Description
This role maximizes sales, data-driven mindset, process development expertise, and exceptional customer service to strategically impact:

Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Success
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners: internal teams, educational institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Develop and guide internal teams in implementing the ambassador program and design challenges, ensuring positive participant experiences.
  • Drive strategic direction and support for global initiatives, focusing on customer-centric approaches informed by data analytics.

Strategic Program Management & Process Optimization
  • Define and implement strategic programs to drive Siemens software and micro-credential adoption. Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate pilot programs, capturing feedback for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Guide and empower internal teams for flawless program delivery, including marketing, sales, and technical support, with continuous process improvement.
  • Supervise and evaluate program performance, proactively identifying and advising content and workflow improvements across the Future Workforce team.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with sales, strategy, process development, marketing, and educational marketplaces, with strong emphasis on higher education and commercial engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to capture, interpret, and present data for compelling proposals and strategic decision-making.
  • Validated experience navigating and influencing matrixed organizations, building alignment among diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and exceptional customer service abilities to engage, influence, and establish rapport.
  • Confirmed program management track record, prioritizing and handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven data-driven approach and/or experience, understanding how AI enhances educational outcomes and business processes and the latest technologies for workforce needs.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  • Up to 20% travel

Recommended Qualification:
  • Completion of a relevant micro-credential, such as Expedite - Skills for Industry, demonstrating niche skills in digital transformation or industry applications.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Education, Data Analytics, or Technology Management.

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
