Full Job Description
Lead Global FP&A and controlling for the Contract Logistics business, providing full visibility on financial and operational performance across all regions. Acts as strategic finance partner to CL leadership, driving profitability via site-level and contract analysis. Provide forward-looking financial insight and performance management for Contract Logistics with focus on profitability, productivity and return on invested capital

Position Responsibilities:

- Lead global CL FP&A processes (Budget, Forecast, Strategy)
- Drive top-down EBIT alignment and challenge regions
- Monitor site-level profitability, productivity, and capacity utilization
- Identify loss-making sites / contracts and margin erosion drivers
- Partner with CL leadership on pricing, capex and contracts
- Standardize KPIs and reporting across regions
- Drive automation and ONE Finance standards

- Budgeting, Planning, and Monitoring:

* Coordinate with regional offices to forecast monthly financial results and annual plan.

* Align with Executive Management on the annual strategic plan

* Provide reporting requirement within budgeting software and manage UAT and approval of reporting

* Communicate required system changes for budgeting software

* Document annual plan requirements and coordinate with Sales, HR, IT, Operations, local and regional Accounting Department to ensure accurate completion of the plan.

Active Analysis and Controlling:

- Prepare financial reporting package inclusive of productivity and profitability commentary, trend and variance analysis and trend and variance analysis, and reconciliation schedules reconciliation schedules

- Analyze trends, key metrics, market trends, and provide commentary on the correlations to financial performance financial performance

- Complete monthly DSO and aging reporting requirements and identify drivers of these
metrics

- Monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze variances to support management annual audit report

Development and Support:

- Manages quality assurance process and user acceptance testing for ERP meta data structure and reporting changes

- Identify Tools and Develop Reports and Automation and review of processes

- Support, educated, and resolve financial matters providing knowledge guides for Business Unit reporting processes

- Serve as control owner for various financial reporting controls and maintain integrity over the processes

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

- CPA / MBA preferred

-10+years of experience of Income Statement responsibility in a multinational company

- 5+ years managerial experience supporting a global / regional contract logistics team across multiple time zones

- Merger and Acquisition experience

- Workday Financials and Adaptive insights highly preferred

- 5+ years managerial Contract Logistics experience is a must

- Ability to recognize, evaluate and resolve problems effectively and Strong attention to details.
