The Global Brand Creative and Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand and innovations to life for our guests across all touchpoints. In partnership with the functional leaders of Brand Experience, and in service of a clear and engaging guest experience, this team focuses on ensuring a consistent, on time, and high-level delivery of our brand and product stories and experiences across stores, ecomm, and events.

core responsibilities

The Digital Brand Creative Operations Lead is responsible for leading projects through the creative process from brief to delivery. They will support the creation of process to execute and manage milestones, timelines, and priorities, working directly with internal cross-functional partners and external agencies.
  • Manage projects through the creative lifecycle, collaborating with working groups, leadership and budget owners to facilitate an on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Mitigate risk by anticipating various scenarios throughout the course of a project and build actionable plans accordingly
  • Coordinate closely with cross functional operations and production partners to enable the work
  • Lead toolkit coordination, asset management and trafficking
  • In partnership with their manager, build, own and maintain processes to improve efficiencies, standards and operations across the function
  • Support resource planning, tracking and reporting
qualifications
  • 5-7 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail, e-commerce, or creative agency/production experience specific to the apparel/footwear industry
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities and multiple concurrent project workstreams while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
  • Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, who thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A genuine passion for brand creative and creative operations; track record instilling operational excellence for a creative team
  • Experience working with Teams, Excel, Smartsheet and other project management tools

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$88,000-$115,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
