Full Job Description
Global Demand Manager to lead the global forecasting process and serve as a key business partner within our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Leadership to drive alignment on the global demand plan, improve forecast performance, and strengthen planning capabilities across the organization.

This role reports to the Global Business Operations Leader and leads a team of Regional Demand Planners.

Preferred Locations: Wilmington, DE; Edina, MN; or Midland, MI
Other U.S. locations and remote candidates will be considered for exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

Lead the Global Forecasting Process
  • Own the monthly global demand forecasting process and drive best-in-class planning practices.
  • Design and implement a multi-view forecasting process that drives cross-functional and regional alignment.
  • Establish and continuously improve global demand planning standards, governance, and operating rhythms.
  • Develop a 24-month unconstrained demand plan using commercial forecasts, order patterns, CRM pipeline data, statistical models, market intelligence, and leading indicators.
  • Document demand assumptions, risks, opportunities, and actions across regions.
  • Define forecasting methodologies and demand segmentation strategies.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and bias management through consistent global KPI measurement and performance reviews.

Lead and Develop the Global Demand Planning Team
  • Manage and develop a team of Regional Demand Planners.
  • Create clear expectations, accountability, and development plans.
  • Build a global community of practice through coaching, collaboration, calibration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Strengthen team capabilities in statistical forecasting, scenario planning, and executive-level communication.

Facilitate the Global Demand Review Process
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for demand planning across the business.
  • Lead preparation and facilitation of monthly Global Demand Reviews.
  • Ensure discussions are focused on risks, opportunities, gaps, assumptions, and actions.
  • Drive alignment on forecast assumptions and corrective actions needed to achieve business objectives.

Serve as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Coach
  • Coach process owners and stakeholders on IBP best practices, expectations, and decision-making processes.
  • Help drive a proactive, "no surprises" planning culture.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and issue resolution.
  • Support business leaders with decision-ready insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in demand planning, forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supply chain, commercial planning, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: Statistical forecasting Consensus demand planning Forecast accuracy and bias management Demand segmentation Assumption-based planning Scenario modeling and analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional business reviews and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Working knowledge of planning and commercial systems such as SAP APO (or similar planning platforms), Salesforce.com, and forecasting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience leading planning transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing and developing planning teams in a global environment.
