Full Job Description
This is a key strategic planning position reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain. The position will require a planning manager that can drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and analytic skills to drive measurable performance results. The ability to work cross functionally with Product Mgt. and Sales to develop and execute on a monthly forecast is key to success in this position, yielding improved operational performance, value/experience for customers and enhanced revenue/margin growth for the business. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a "high octane" global environment.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data from multiple sources and communicate your conclusions clearly and succinctly to senior leaders.
• Accountable for working with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Demand Planners to develop and execute the North American demand plan and global consolidation across regions for focused products.
• Identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances for focused products across all regions.
• Monitor trends impacting demand forecast accuracy. Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to significant variances to plan. Proactively communicate actionable items driving variances.
• Analyze, maintain, and report product availability, on time delivery, and constrained backlog data for focused products.
• Global conduit between Customer Service, Sales and Supply Team for order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Product Operations Management for the development and execution of product transition planning for focused products.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2-years' experience in equivalent supply, purchasing, demand planning, IT analysis/design or other statistical analysis role.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Concentration in Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
• Experience in globally sourced and distributed products.
• Experience with data analytical tools for data discovery & modeling, visualization, and analysis.
• Experience implementing analytical, data-driven improvements to business operations.
Professional Skills & Competencies:
• Experience with SAP - Master Data, Production Planning, Material Management, and Inventory.
• Strong technical experience in materials requirements planning (MRP).
• Knowledge of project modeling, supply chain processes, and business forecasting methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite software skills (Excel, Access, Word, SharePoint).
Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Knoxville office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Ability to join evening calls with Elo's Asia team.

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $79,100 and $100,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
