Full Job Description
Who we are looking for
To support the end-to-end lifecycle of Transaction Management, including the capture, validation, confirmation, and settlement of transactions instructed by the primary investment manager and any sub-advisors. This role supports the process from the receipt of executed transaction instructions from the investment manager via standard message formats through to successful settlement.

The Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily Transaction Management activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, controls, and service standards. The role includes monitoring processing activities, escalating issues as appropriate, and supporting consistency in service delivery to clients while ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Middle Office Transaction Management Officer, you will:
  • Support the day-to-day execution of Transaction Management activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to team members to support consistent processing and service delivery.
  • Assist management with performance feedback, development discussions, and talent initiatives, including participation in interview and onboarding processes as requested.
  • Monitor daily processing activities and escalate issues, risks, or exceptions to management in a timely manner to ensure client service standards are met.
  • Act as an operational subject matter expert for assigned clients, projects, or initiatives impacting Transaction Management.
  • Participate in client discussions, operational forums, and internal working groups to represent Transaction Management perspectives.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and support the implementation of process enhancements and technical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and risk outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and internal control standards applicable to the function, and support updates to procedures and practices as needed.
  • Support the maintenance of a strong control environment, including adherence to risk management, audit, and compliance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Client Service to resolve issues and support business objectives.
  • Drive execution of assigned projects, initiatives, and deliverables aligned to departmental and divisional goals.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and partner teams to ensure service expectations are understood and met.

  • Demonstrated ability to support operational teams, manage priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments including Equity, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Exchange Traded Derivatives, and Liquidity products.
  • Working knowledge of securities markets, operational workflows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $106,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
