Global Customer Development ManagerJob Description- Drive OMS Basics and Customer Basis roll-out across the J&J sites
- Coordinate J&J KPI harmonization initiative
- Monitor KPI performance and ensure the collection of exception root causes and corrective actions
- Monitor contractual CIP attainment and support sites in identifying CIP project to close gaps
- In support of CIP attainment, support site / country /region /global Digitization roadmaps including working with J&J on Insights and Innovation
- Standardization between operations including commercial approach, global MSA adherence, and concepts of operation
Required Education and Experience- 5+ years work experience with proven experience within Supply Chain operations / functions, required
- 2+ years experience with large complex organization, preferred
