As Saviynt's next Controller, you'll be the financial compass guiding our rapid growth. You'll own the integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring we have the clear, actionable insights needed to make strategic decisions and maintain compliance as we scale. What will you be doing

  • Oversee and manage the company's global accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  • Direct an international team of approximately 15 finance professionals-primarily based in India-and manage complex multi-entity statutory requirements across 14 global subsidiaries.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, leveraging software and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Ensure all financial transactions and reporting meet rigorous government regulations and compliance along with board, bank, and investor reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather financial data and support operational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Implement and refine accounting policies and procedures to support company growth and operational scalability.


What you bring

  • Deep understanding of US GAAP.
    Proficiency in ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, T&E, leases, commissions, corporate card, expense policy management, month-end close, general ledger management, etc.
  • Proven track record in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction financial consolidations and local statutory reporting for global subsidiaries with strong grasp of regulatory compliance requirements for financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with modern accounting technologies and workflow automation (e.g., FloQast, Concur, Tipalti)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities.
