This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and developing strategies to improve customer relations and generate revenue.

The Global Consuers Relations Manager acts as a liaison between the sales, marketing and product departments and its customers, often working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and developing strategies (including AI tools) to improve customer relations and generate revenue.

Your Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in consumer relations
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience developing AI business objectives for the company

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Knowledge and experience in mass retail, online, and other consumer channels
