Position Description: We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Global Compensation & Analytics to join our Global Total Compensation team and help shape how compensation strategy is designed and delivered across a global organization.
This is a high-impact role where data, strategy, and HR technology come together to influence decisions at the senior leadership level.
Your future duties and responsibilities: -Lead global compensation cycles including salary reviews, incentives, and pay programs
-Use advanced analytics (benchmarking, pay equity, modelling) to generate actionable insights
-Translate complex data into clear stories for senior leadership
-Partner with HRIS/IT to improve systems and drive automation
-Support global consistency in compensation strategy across regions
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: -5+ years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
-Strong Excel skills + experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau (asset)
-Ability to turn data into clear, business-ready insights
-Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
-Experience in global or matrixed environments
-Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
Technical Skills -Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle DV is an asset.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
