  • Data & System Integrity: Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure compensation structures, grades, job profiles, and employee data are accurately maintained in our HRIS
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to analyze compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness for leadership.
  • Ad-Hoc Consultation: Act as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners, providing data-backed guidance on off-cycle promotions, new hire offers, and localized compensation challenges.
  • Global Market Benchmarking: Participate in annual global compensation surveys (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer). Match internal roles to market data, analyze competitive positioning, and recommend structure adjustments across various global entities.
  • Pay Equity & Compliance: Assist in tracking and auditing compensation practices to ensure internal equity and compliance with local labor laws across all operating regions.
