This is an opportunity to join our Global Commercial Oncology Franchise team as a Global Commercial Head, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and launch readiness of an innovative medicine within Cancer across multiple indications globally.
Typical Accountabilities:Lead the development and execution of global brand strategy and operational plans within Gyn/GU cancer
Partner with regions and major markets to ensure launch readiness and commercial excellence.
Drive global alignment around brand ambition, forecasting, and financial planning.
Deliver strategic commercial insights to influence development plans and key investment decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing, market access, diagnostics and medical strategies.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to optimize performance across the product lifecycle.
Build and lead high-performing matrix teams in a complex global environment.
Manage strategic partnerships and contribute to effective alliance execution.
Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business or life sciences)
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialization, with proven expertise in strategic marketing and launch excellence. (Prostate, Breast Cancer, or PARP inhibitor expertise).
Strong ability to collaborate across scientific and commercial teams, demonstrating strategic and analytical skills.
Demonstrated success in pre-launch and launch excellence, with robust insight generation and competitive landscape analysis capabilities.
Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced and evolving environments.
Desirable Requirements:Global and market-level commercial experience.
Alliance or partnership management experience.
Sales, customer-facing or market leadership experience.
MBA or other advanced degree.
People leadership experience.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,151.20 - 343,726.80
USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
