Full Job Description
Role Summary:

The Global Commercial Finance Leader is the finance lead for orders, pricing, and commercial performance across the GC&FO portfolio. The role owns the monthly commercial story told to senior leadership - including the CFO and EC - translating Inputs to Outputs for Orders and Pricing data into a summary view on where the business is winning, where it is at risk, and what actions finance recommends. This is a high-visibility role that partners directly with regional CFOs, commercial leaders, and FP&A.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.


  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience


  • Demonstrated ability to translate large data sets (Sales Force, ERP, BI) into a clear executive narrative - comfortable presenting to senior leadership.


  • Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Power BI, and Sales Force


  • Experience leading monthly close commentary, AOP/LRP, and ad-hoc executive requests under tight timelines.


HIRING SALARY RANGE: $160,000-$190,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
