Full Job Description
As a Global Clearing Product Control – Associate in our Corporate & Investment Bank, you will play a key role in Profit & Loss and risk reporting for the Global Futures & Options and Over-the-Counter Clearing business. This position offers exposure to regulatory reform, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in a rapidly evolving industry. You will gain expertise in a critical area within the bank and markets, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Job responsibilities • Own daily Profit & Loss and month-end close processes for the Clearing Desk • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management • Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiatives • Coordinate across back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timely • Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control • Ensure adherence to Corporate & Investment Bank product controller standards and remediate any gaps • Compile and distribute Management Information Systems to the business, including monthly financials and ad-hoc requests Required qualifications, capabilities and skills • At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting or an equivalent degree • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task and execute on various deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Ability to implement and maintain effective controls • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to forward operational change • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills • Experience with Alteryx and VBA • Derivatives experience To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
