Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct partner CXO engagements.
  • Excellent leadership and persuasion skills along with the ability to mentor others.

The Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and Consulting Partnerships team within Google Cloud manages strategic relationships with our top partners. As a Global Alliance Lead, you will help our partners scale their worldwide business on Google Cloud. You would act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market campaigns, landing wins and delivering customer success.
You will define and execute business development strategy with the partner across the entire range of Google Cloud products and services while at times focusing on a specific solution or product set for a particular market. You will define the solution strategy with our partners, build cross-functional teams, foster critical relationships at the C-level and showcase Google's technology to our potential customers. You will also work closely with Google Cloud sales leaders across all markets to ensure productive sales engagement across the globe. Additionally, you will partner with Product, Legal, Compliance and Enablement teams to ensure the success of the alliance.
