Full Job Description
We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic global accounts, and expanding customer relationships within the semiconductor photomask market. This role develops and executes global account strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and partners closely with channel partners, OEMs, foundries, and semiconductor manufacturers to achieve sales objectives. The Global Key Account Manager serves as the primary commercial leader for assigned accounts, coordinating customer engagement across regions and aligning internal resources to support long-term customer success. In collaboration with the VP of US & EU, this role identifies growth opportunities and delivers customer value aligned with company objectives

Location: On-site in Allen Texas. Ability to travel minimum 50% and up to 75% within the region.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute global account plans aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage account pipeline, forecasting, and reporting across assigned strategic customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities across fabs, OSATs, foundries, IDMs, and semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate regional sales activities to ensure consistent customer engagement and execution worldwide.

Account Management
  • Own executive-level relationships across assigned global accounts.
  • Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer technology roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Lead global account reviews and strategic business planning sessions.
  • Coordinate account activities across multiple customer sites, business units, and geographic regions.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements.

Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to expand Photronics' footprint within existing global accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Influence customer adoption of new technologies and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Photronics at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer executive forums.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, technology, product management, and executive leadership to support strategic account objectives.
  • Provide voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to influence product development, service offerings, and competitive positioning.
  • Facilitate alignment between global customer requirements and Photronics' manufacturing and technology capabilities.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage pipeline, forecast accurately and drive revenue growth across territory
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, customer technology requirements, and related equipment or materials.
  • Expert ability to negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms while engaging engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build trust, expand accounts, manage complex relationships and influence decisions across customer organizations.
  • Recognize market trends, emerging customer needs and new applications to drive growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with near-term revenue goals and long-term technology roadmaps.


Requirement
  • 8+ years of experience and 2 years leading a team in semiconductor sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/supply companies.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
