TELL ME MORE:

The Global Account Manager (GAM) - Trading Card Games (TCG) isresponsible for managing and growing assigned Trading Card Game customeraccounts.This role serves as theprimary commercial point of contact, ensuring strong customer relationships,consistent execution, and delivery of revenue and margin objectives.The GAM-TCG works cross-functionally totranslate customer requirements, product concepts, and launch schedules intoexecutable solutions aligned with company capabilities and cost structures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the primarycommercial contact for assigned global TCG accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term,trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple organizationallevels.
  • Execute account plansaligned to customer product roadmaps and internal growth objectives.
  • Achieve annual sales,revenue, and margin targets for assigned accounts
  • Support pricing strategy,quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Identify incremental growthopportunities including new SKUs, product formats, and program expansions.
  • Manage the end-to-endaccount lifecycle from early engagement to production, delivery, and ongoingsupply.
  • Coordinate closely withinternal teams ensuring on-time delivery, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage customerinquiries, issues, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with globalmanufacturing sites to ensure consistent execution and customer alignment.
  • Support demandforecasting, inventory planning, and working capital objectives, including DaysSales Outstanding (DSO) discipline.
  • Represent the customerinternally and ensure timely communication across functions.
  • Support customer productdevelopment initiatives, including materials, finishes, packaging, andsustainability solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of TCGmarket trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback andinsights to sales leadership and innovation teams.
  • Participate in customermeetings, business reviews, and selected industry events or trade shows.
  • Support internal meetingsand initiatives as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or related technical degree from a regionally accredited collegeor university.
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 30% - 40%, including domestically and internationally.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of practical workexperience in customer-facing roles managing accounts, sales, commercialservices, and/or business development within a B2B manufacturing or consumerproducts environment required.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing bestpractices in the business development, marketing, and sales management processrequired.
  • Strong prior experience with creative andtechnical or technical-solutions selling required.
  • Proven ability to translate customer conceptsand requirements into executable, value-added, manufacturing solutionsrequired.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills withexposure to contracts, pricing, and forecasting required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills - able to find Win/Winsolutions between company and customers required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salesand business expectations while exhibiting the highest business ethics at alltimes required.
  • Strong business acumen - able to set goals, forecastfinancial targets, calculate margins, and strategize solutions to achieve or exceedbusiness results required.
  • Balanced/Flexible - demonstrating adaptabilityand resilience in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment to meet both short-and long-term priorities for self, company, and client required.

  • Minimum of Intermediate level proficiency withMicrosoft 365, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word required.
