Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Glaucoma
• Fellowship training in glaucoma preferred
• Experience in both surgical and medical glaucoma management
• Strong background in cataract surgery
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of glaucoma surgeries including MIGS and traditional procedures
• Manage surgical and medical treatment plans for glaucoma patients
• Conduct cataract surgeries with a focus on patient outcomes
• Engage with the established optometric referral network
• Partake in mentorship and leadership activities within the practice
